Congratulations!! I can’t express how proud I am of my wife (and business partner) Karen on graduating from the inaugural lakeshore “LEADeres” Latino Centric Leadership & Professional Development Program!! She was invited to participate based on her involvement and dedication to the Latino Community with her role at the Tri-Cities Puentes Initiative. She attended for 6 months dedicating full Saturday’s to learning leadership, community and civic engagement, self reflection and personal development, diversity, equity and inclusion workshops, and wrapping up with public speaking training where her team had to present at graduation a speech on a local Latino community leader. This is just the beginning of her journey and I’m proud to see her grow, learn, and apply it to our community!! ❤️🎉👩🏽🎓
